MAKING COSTA MESA SAFER
Jeff Overly has a good column in the OC REGISTER today (Friday 2/3) about the results so far of having an ICE agent in the Costa Mesa police station. The column gives a breakdown of the crimes that led to the detention of 104 suspected illegal aliens.
No doubt the usual lefties will try to prove that they're for law enforcement (sure they are) by saying that it's good that the 44 individuals on hold for felonies were caught, but gee, golly, gosh, shucks what about those Bible reading and church attending souls who were caught for misdemeanors...whine, whine, whine?
Well, libs, 15 of those illegal aliens who were caught for misdemeanors were driving without a license or they showed fraudulent ID. You think that's minor? You might not think so if you got into an automobile accident with one of them and then had your insurance premiums raised. You might not think so if one of them was using your ID.
Another misdemeanor was for possession of a loaded firearm. Now, what might that illegal alien have been planning to do with that loaded firearm if the cops hadn't caught him?
Two misdemeanors were for hit and run.
One misdemeanors was for an assault.
Eleven misdemeanors were for driving under the influence.
Four misdemeanors were for petty theft.

Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime. All illegal aliens should be deported.
