We Whites have enough problems and crime and social dysfunction within our own group, but we can handle them as we always have.  We shouldn't also have to shoulder the burden for other groups.

VICTIMS' BILL OF RIGHTS

Some have wondered why the DA told Mayor Pro Tem Mensinger that his vehicle had been bugged.

The answer is simple:  The DA followed the law.

The Mayor Pro Tem and his family have the right to be protected from defendants and possible defendants who may pose a danger to them or who in some way might cause him or them harm.

It's clear that someone has gone on to Mensinger's property to put a tracking device on his vehicle and it's also clear that this person or persons, or those who have conspired with him or them, returned, perhaps several times, to recharge and service the tracking device.

Someone has called this creepy.  It goes beyond creepy, folks.

As we keep writing, this isn't a trivial matter.  This is a BIG DEAL and we won't be surprised if it gets a lot bigger before it's over.

We will be surprised if some more names aren't added to the lawsuit after a little discovery.

TIN FOIL? 

At last night's City Council meeting, Terry Koken, seen on the left in an earlier file photo, held up a couple of sheets of aluminum foil and indicated that they were for Mayor Pro Tem Mensinger to protect him from things being beamed into his brain.

Funny, huh?

Go HERE to see the video of the meeting. During Public Comments, you'll see Koken, along with the usual people who show up at most meetings and who waste time by verbally attacking the good Council members. Yawn.

Koken's comments were apparently his pathetic attempt to make light of the fact that a tracking device had been put on Mensinger's vehicle during the last election cycle.

Rest assured that it will come out in the civil lawsuit and/or in the criminal investigation who placed that tracking device on Mensinger's vehicle. It has been reported that the tracking device was apparently regularly serviced--removed, recharged and replaced, etc.  It is therefore likely that someone had to be watching Mensinger's house and then going to his vehicle--probably in the dead of night--and had to reach under the vehicle to remove and replace the tracking device.

It has also been reported that the tracking device used on Mensinger's vehicle was of "police quality."

Since one CMPD cop got in trouble for using a CMPD tracking device to stalk a woman [HERE], one has to wonder if the tracking device used on Mensinger's vehicle was also from the CMPD stock of such devices....well, let's wait for the facts to be revealed in the lawsuit.

In spite of the best efforts, of those opposed to the good Council members, to make this lawsuit, and also the criminal investigation, seem trivial, or funny, they aren't.  THIS IS BIG!  THIS IS SERIOUS!

LOCAL BLOGGER CONSTANTLY TRIES TO MISCHARACTERIZE MAYOR RIGHEIMER'S COMMENTS AND DEMEANOR

A seldom read, childish and boring local blog, which is apparently mostly read by the handful of local low IQ lefties, neurotics and malcontents, constantly mischaracterizes Mayor Righeimer's comments and demeanor during City Council meetings.  If you want to see the truth, just view the videos from the Council meetings [HERE].

If you do view the Council meeting videos, what you'll see with your own unlying eyes is that Mayor Righeimer runs good meetings.  When he speaks, he gets right to the heart of matters and his comments are logical, clearly presented, and well reasoned.

What you won't see is the mayor playing footsie with some local crackpots who can't seem to put a logical thought together and who can't think in a straight line. And you won't see him suffering fools.


Contrast Righeimer's crisp, concise words and professional demeanor to what you see from Wendy Leece, who is often praised in the aforementioned silly blog. Leece has been a big disappointment to Improvers. She has done nothing in eight years on the dais to improve the Westside. Nothing.

If someone is angry, Leece mirrors their look on her
rubber face.  Ditto if they are sad. Ditto if they are happy.  She's all feelings and emotions, but she accomplishes nothing.  She's a typical lefty.

To repeat: Leece has been on the Council for eight years and has initiated nothing.

She used to make a big deal about living on the Westside until the CM PRESS started showing photos of her gated community that might as well be in Newport Beach or Irvine or the imaginary Stepford  for  its lack of day to day contact with the real Westside.  There are no gangs in Wendy's gated neighborhood.  There are no charities there. There are no soup kitchens there.  There are no slums there. There are no homeless people there.

FROM THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING THAT IS GOING ON AS THIS IS BEING WRITTEN (6:48 PM)--HOMELESS PROBLEM ON W. 19TH STREET

A speaker at Public Comments, who is an executive at the Senior Center on West 19th Street, told the Council that there is an increasing problem with homeless people near the Senior Center and Seniors are being scared off.

She reported that at the Center tonight there is a ball room dancing event going on but that when she left the Center to attend the City Council meeting there were only around nine seniors there when there are usually around 40.

She also said that this past Sunday, when a Church uses part of the facility for its services, some of the young kids who attended were approached by some homeless people who told the kids that the homeless people need food and they mentioned something to the kids about razor blades--in what seemed to be a threat of some kind.

Now why, dear reader, do you think there's a homeless problem in that area?  Ah, how about because that's near where the homeless people get most of their freebies.  There's a free soup kitchen right near the Senior Center and there are pathological altruists in various charities and churches nearby that are making that area a magnet for homeless people.

If we want to solve the problem, we have to stop the freebies in that area. Period.

Stop feeding pigeons and they'll go away.  The same thing works with humans.

BREAKING NEWS COSTA MESA (6:20 PM)--THE CITY COUNCIL HAS TURNED DOWN THE REQUEST FROM THE CMPOA TO HAVE THE CITIZENS OF COSTA MESA PAY FOR THEIR DEFENSE IN THE LAWSUIT FILED BY MAYOR RIGHEIMER AND MAYOR PRO TEM MENSINGER.

The vote of the Council was in closed session, so we don't know how the discussion went.  All we know is what the City Attorney reported once the Council was out of closed session.

We were doing something else when the announcement was made, but we think we heard the City Attorney say that the vote was 4-0 (we'll update if we misheard this).  We also don't know which Council member was missing from the vote.

[UPDATE: 7:27 PM--It was, indeed, a 4-0 vote against paying the CMPOA's legal bills, as we reported above, and from tangential comments made by Council members during the public meeting  it appears that it was Mayor Righeimer who didn't vote and who had, in fact,  recused himself.  Also, Wendy Leece, also during the public meeting, essentially apologized to the CMPOA because she voted against their request and she indicated that the law was such that she was pretty much forced to vote against the CMPOA to keep the City from ending up with further problems as a result of the precedent set if the Council approved paying the CMPOA's legal bills.]

UPDATE: 2--The vote was apparently 3-0 with both Jim Righeimer and Steve Mensinger recusing themselves.

You didn't hear much about this (except in the CM PRESS) when it was mostly non-Jewish Whites being attacked by Blacks, but now that Jews  are being attacked, the crimes are starting to make national news.

Unfortunately, the way most of these crimes are being reported may still lull people into dangerous situations.  This is so, because, as you see in the above article, the talk of the attacks is limited to the knockout game and to Jews, instead of being talked about as more generalized attacks on people because of the color of their skin by Blacks and not just because they're Jews and not just as part of the knockout game.

This so called knockout game also goes by the name Polar Bear Hunting. Why?  Because Polar Bears are White and it is Whites who are the targets.

So, here's the reality:  The attackers are Black.  The victims have non-Black skin.

The Jews being attacked in New York, remember, also have White skin.  The fact that these most recent victims are Jews seems to be more a matter of where the attackers and the victims live in New York--Black neighborhoods close to Jewish neighborhoods--rather than the fact that the victims are Jews.

CIRCUS CITY COUNCIL MEETING TONIGHT

Tonight, you'll get to see Wendy Leece emote, not that you haven't seen her do that a thousand times before, and you'll get to hear her waste time as she tries to be relevant and yammers on endlessly.

You'll also get to see a nervous looking Sandy Genis flitting about while not moving from her seat on the dais. Nothing new in this either.  She always looks nervous.  Four parts water and one part sugar.  It's what you feed hummingbirds.  What's that got to do with Genis?  Are you kidding?

The big question tonight is what's going to happen with the request by the cop union to pay their legal bills. Get ready for some outrage if the citizens are told we must pay to defend the union against the lawsuit that they brought on themselves.

Then, there will be the usual parade of kooks heading to the podium to say the usual predictable things.

IN WENDY, WE DON'T TRUST

Look, suppose I come to you and ask you for something.  You then say, sure, you'll give me what I want but I have to promise to do or not do something.   I do so promise.Then, when it seems I'm going to break my promise to you, you call me on the phone and remind me of my promise.  Next, I run to the Daily Pilot and whine that I'm being intimidated.

Folks, that's the essential story of Wendy Leece breaking her promise to the GOP.

Some of us believe that if you give your word on something, you keep it.  Wendy apparently doesn't believe in that way. She would rather make a big public show about putting "In God We Trust" on a wall in city hall and getting her picture in the paper.

Oh, and just to be clear, the fact that Wendy's promise was to the local GOP isn't relevant.  What is relevant is that she went back on her word.

What else will she promise and then not do?

In addition, some Improvers think that Wendy is working against the improvement of the Westside.  Not only does she apparently support some of the charities on the Westside that are acting as magnets for illegal aliens, but she received a donation from one of the industrial firms that has been fighting the overlay from the start.

She thinks the negative campaign waged by the cop union took the cake for negative campaigning.

She's right.  Now, many citizens of Costa Mesa don't trust the cops and they also don't trust Wendy Leece.

We're going to post some more campaign disclosures about Leece and the cops later today.  Lots of money seems to have been spent on behalf of Wendy the day after she voted to give our city away to the unions.

SAY, YOU DID NOTICE DIDN'T YOU...

...that even after all the mud and all the money thrown against him, Jim Righeimer still got more votes than anyone else running for the City Council this year.  He got 987 more votes than incumbent Wendy Leece and 1597 more votes than Chris McEvoy. The election wasn't even close.

So, the out of town unions wasted more than $150,000 trying to defeat Righeimer.

Imagine what that $ 150,000 could have done for the kids of Costa Mesa instead of being wasted on mudslinging.

Don't these out of town union types and their local groupies and suckups keep telling us how much they care for Costa Mesa?  Of course, if you're half-bright, you know that's baloney and you don't buy that PR crap for a minute.  It just doesn't comport with human nature.

The truth is that the out of town union types don't care any more about the kids or people in this city than Costa Mesans care about the kids or people in some city in which we don't live.

It's just human nature to care more about the city in which you and your family live than a city in which you just work.

California Law

In California, cities can't require employees to live in the city for which they work.  We think this is a lousy law.

In Boston, ALL employees of Boston are required to live in Boston.  This ensures that the employees actually have to live in the same conditions as the people that pay them.  Needless to say, Boston's city employees really do care about the people of Boston. It's in their self-interest to do so.

Boston also regularly checks to make sure city employees aren't using phony addresses in the city or that any have secretly moved away.  If any out of towners are discovered working for the city, they are fired.

THE CLAIM:  Hey, the Costa Mesa Police Officers Association (CMPOA) didn't give any money to Leece and Genis so they could print up and mail flyers to all the voters in Costa Mesa when they sought election to the City Council.

THE REALITY:  The CMPOA simply printed up and mailed its own flyers for the liberal duo on its own account with its Independent Expenditure Committee and not as a part of Leece and Genis's campaigns.

DUMB PEOPLE WRITE DUMB THINGS--READ THE COMMENTS FROM SOME OF THE HATERS IN THE DAILY PILOT FOR EXAMPLES

What we see sometimes when people with lower IQ's write comments in the newspapers, is that their comments show that they don't always understand the differences in similar words and, additionally, they aren't always able to make logical inferences.

Thus, you will see some of these people writing something like: "There is no evidence that so and so or some group did something wrong."

You see, these people can't make connections and they may be confusing "proof" with "evidence," and they also don't understand that circumstantial evidence (if they even know the term) can lead to logical inferences.

HAVE YOU HEARD THE STUPID ARGUMENT BEING POSITED FOR WHY THE CITIZENS OF COSTA MESA SHOULD PAY TO DEFEND THE COSTA MESA POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION?

This argument  tries to confuse matters by claiming that Righeimer et al. are suing based on the fact that a CMPD cop showed up at Righeimer's door and checked Righeimer for intoxication, and because this cop was doing his job, the citizens of the city should pay to defend the lawsuit against the CMPOA.

The fact is that Righeimer et al. are not suing the cop who showed up at his door. That's not the issue.

They are suing an independent organization of some police officers that has no official status with the city.  It is a union, or as they like to call it, an association.  It was the union/association that hired the law firm that the PI worked for, not the individual cop who showed up at Righeimer's door. As far as we know at this point, this cop was simply dispatched in the normal way after the PI reported a possible drunk driver.

And, the lawsuit goes beyond this one incident and this one non-issue.

What is important about this is that it was this incident that started the unraveling of what some are calling Cop Gate, and if you read the complaint from Righeimer et al. and you have more than a two digit IQ (something that is not found very much in the haters), you'll see the reality of what's going on and start to understand the seriousness of this matter.

Yes, dear readers, you've seen the CM PRESS rail against pathological altruists for years.

These neurotics, who are mostly weak seed Whites, bound all over the planet to "help" non-Whites and usually do more harm than good in the long run.  And, most of the harm that they do is to upset the balance of nature and they end up harming Whites as well as non-Whites.

The best policy is non-interference into the business of non-Whites.  They don't need the help of sicko Great White Mothers and Great White Fathers who treat them like little substandard children.

Anyway, it's nice to see the WSJ also write about this subject.  Maybe that WSJ column will enable some of our local weak seeds to see the error of their ways (they are a highly suggestible lot as well as being wimps and they need to hear some of this stuff from the MSM to grow some balls).

PUT YOURSELF IN THE SHOES OF MAYOR RIGHEIMER AND MAYOR PRO TEM MENSINGER

You're the top two elected officials in Costa Mesa, and you have to look over your shoulders all the time--every day and night--every minute--wondering if you're being followed, or being set up or bugged.

When you're at home with your family, you wonder if a noise you hear outside is someone bugging your car or keying it or maybe even planting something in your car or  doing something to harm you and yours.

When you see a strange car driving down your street, you have to wonder if the driver is a PI or an off duty or retired cop--perhaps from a different jurisdiction--and, you wonder why they're on your out of the way street, but you fear they're up to no good.

When you go to sleep, and you hear a noise outside, you are suddenly wide awake, and you have trouble going back to sleep because you imagine someone is outside your house doing something nefarious. Maybe you go look in on your kids to make sure they're okay.  You might like to look out the window to see what made the noise, but you're afraid someone will be looking back in and they might be armed.

You don't know who to trust and who not to trust.  You have to be guarded every minute.

And, despite what some might try to tell you, this isn't paranoia.  You have ample evidence to make you wary.

No elected official in a city like Costa Mesa, should have to fear doing their jobs and no elected official should fear voting this way or that way because they may anger some cops who have extraordinary powers just by the nature of the profession.

Would you like to live like that?  Well, we can guess that Righeimer and Mensinger don't like it either. Maybe their lawsuit, or maybe the reported DA and FBI investigations will work to get things back to normal where a couple of elected officials will just be able to do the jobs they were elected to do and not be looking over their shoulders every minute.

Citizens of Costa Mesa should be outraged at what is happening to the mayor and the mayor pro tem.

SANDY GENIS TO VOTE ON WHETHER THE CITIZENS ARE TO PAY FOR CMPOA'S LEGAL DEFENSE?  WHAT AN ABSURDITY.

HERE'S a link to the CMPOA's Form 496 filed November 1, 2012, in which you will see that the COSTA MESA POLICE OFFICERS ASSN. IEC reported spending $ 6,262.50 on a "MAILER" and $ 762.52 on a "ROBO CALL" in support of the election of Sandy Genis.

And, that's just one of several forms that show the support of the union for Genis.

Look, folks, some of the haters think you're stupid.  They say that Genis didn't receive any money from the union. That's true, but the haters think you're so stupid that you will interpret that to mean that she didn't receive any help from the union to get elected.

The fact is that the union spent thousands of dollars via their IEC (Independent Expenditure Committee) to help elect Genis to the Council (as we indicated above).  It doesn't matter that they didn't simply hand checks to Genis--they ran their own campaign to help get her elected.  Why do you think they did that?  Out of the goodness of their hearts? LOL!  And, now, if it gets that far, Genis is going to vote on using our money to defend the CMPOA?

HATERS ON PARADE

Be sure to read this Daily Pilot column [HERE] about the CMPOA trying to get citizens of Costa Mesa to pay their legal bills. But, more importantly, read the comments from the usual dimwitted haters that follow the column.

It's the usual low I.Q., knuckle dragging, slack jawed, uniform groupies, union shills and neurotics who spew their hatred of the good Council members all the time.

Some of their comments are hilarious because most of them don't know the first thing about law or logic, but that doesn't keep them from opening their yaps and showing how absolutely stupid they are.

Folks, this business with Jim Righeimer and Steve Mensinger (and others?) being followed and bugged, and who knows what else, is serious stuff.  This is going beyond a civil suit.  This is BIG!  This is national news.

Will we soon hear about false evidence being planted?  Will we hear about physical threats? Actual assaults?  Will we hear about other politicians being set up in some way?

Remember, Watergate started over a simple break in to a political party's offices.  A minor little discovery by a low paid security guard of a door that wouldn't close, because of a small piece of tape put on it, led to the fall of a president and all his men.

You've heard about all the cops who have left the CMPD, supposedly  "because of poor working conditions," right?  Well, one has to wonder how many are really  trying to flee to protect themselves from an ever expanding investigation into wrong doing.

Unlike the OC REGISTER, there's no paywall in the Pilot so you can get a good read of the  disgusting crap that Steve Mensinger and also Jim Righeimer  and their families have had to put up with.

No matter who denies it, this all originated from some who work for the city--that's who was paying the bills--and has been helped along by uniform groupies and absolutely stupid people including at least one local moronic politician and the gaggle of easily manipulated local haters.

Of course, those involved, and those who turned a blind eye to what was plain to see by anyone with more than a two digit IQ, now say "We didn't know nuthin."   Yeah, right.  It's all starting to unravel now and it wouldn't surprise us to learn that behind the scenes there are some in the know who are trying to work deals.

As you may also recall, early on  it was reported that there were at least TWO PI's involved in the Costa Mesa crap along with the woman sent in to Monahan's to try to get him into a compromising situation. Will we be hearing more about this second PI and the woman soon?

Folks, as we've written before, this isn't small potatoes.  This is a big deal.  It wouldn't surprise us if we hear about some former CMPD cops being pulled into this before it all ends.
