White with a capital W means non-Jewish White people of European descent no matter where they were born or where they live. Many are what we can call White Christians or Aryans. Whites with a lower case "w" are people with white skin but who are not in the above category.
If you see newspaper columns attacking Whites, scratch the surface and find out the religion/ethnicity of the person writing the column and you will often find that they have white skin but are non-White.
They may look like us but they are not us.
