The 22 units are in three buildings in the 700 block of 18th and James Streets near Shalimar.
The first thing the city should do is kick out the illegal aliens in the units and then repurpose them for much needed senior housing.
There is just something wrong about the city owning properties full of illegal aliens and leasing to them.
