INTERESTING CASE OF SPECIATION AMONG ANTS

Generally, speciation requires isolation and is also helped if there are different environmental pressures.  In the above report, it appears (at least preliminarily) that a new species of ant evolved from the parent species while living right with the parent species.

More research is needed to be sure of the above, since when there is gene flow, which appears to have happened here, the incipient new species blends back in with the parent species and doesn't acquire full speciation.

The fact is that we had some bad cops on the force in the past.  They were overly political and tried to control the government by electing puppets to the city council who would do their bidding!!!

You know the details of how the law firm they hired then hired a PI who called in a bogus DUI report on the mayor and how he tried to set up Councilmember  Monahan in a honey trap and you also read about how someone (no one knows who, apparently) put a tracking device on Mensinger's car.  And, we think there are many more things that will come to light once all the depositions are taken, but the point is that those behind such activities needed to be taken to court and that's what the mayor and mayor pro tem have done.  They are the victims of outrageous attempts to cause them to vote or not vote in certain ways!!!!!!!!!!

Now, it appears that many of the bad cops may have left the department and Chief Gazsi is rebuilding with new, highly qualified and professional officers (we hope).  If this is what is happening, then the chief, the department and the new officers deserve the praise from Mayor Pro Tem Mensinger!!!!!!!.

Ignore people like the blogger pictured above.  We have a small gaggle of such people in Costa Mesa and they all seem to be cut from the same cloth!!!!.

Terri Fuqua at a city council

TERRI FUQUA, A FREQENT COMMENTER IN THE DAILY PILOT AND A CRITIC OF THE GOOD COUNCILMEMBERS HAS A LETTER IN THE DAILY PILOT

She says she's noticed traffic getting worse and asks some rhetorical questions about whether our sewer lines can stand the new developments [that are replacing slum conditions], and whether or not the improvements to our streets and medians are meant to distract us from problems.

And a few seconds later, Fuqua and
Geoff West.

Ho hum.

Then (as of this writing), there's just one comment to her letter. Wonder of wonders, it's from none other than Geoff West who gives her an attaboy for asking an "excellent group of questions." Yawn.

Actually, Ms. Fuqua, the pieces--one here, one over there, one on this street, one on this other street--like a puzzle being assembled--are being put into place to make Costa Mesa the greatest almost beach city in California. 

Improvement is unfolding in Costa Mesa but not everyone can see how all the pieces are fitting together. However, Fuqua, in her above linked letter seems to have gotten a partial glimpse of the trajectory when she admits (begrudgingly?) that "I thought about how our streets look better, with the new plants and new cement medians...."

Ah, yes, Ms. Fuqua, and if the good council members keep unfolding the spirit of the Westside Plans citywide, you're going to see Costa Mesa not only come back from the slum trajectory it was on before the Improvers put the brakes on the slide about a decade ago, but you're going to see our City become the place to be.

We're now seeing million dollar plus homes being planned for Costa Mesa HERE.  And soon, those homes will be occupied by upwardly mobile people who will be contributing members of our city, and not simply people who came here for free food and other freebies given out by the pathological altruists.

There is a new dawn coming to Costa Mesa, and if we can stop the obstructionists from screwing things up, everyone (even those not so good at pattern analysis) will  eventually see how the puzzle pieces did fit together and many will then claim that it all happened either because of them or, gee, it was just going to happen anyway and no one can take credit for the changes.  Ho hum, again.

AUNT BEE RUNS FOR COSTA MESA CITY COUNCIL

Word is filtering into CM PRESS HQ that Mrs. Rita Simpson, who is running for a seat on the Costa Mesa City Council is the real deal and is a kindly and gentle lady full of common sense and  with strong values who won't stab you in the back.

We haven't spoken to Mrs. Simpson so we haven't been able to confirm the above, but we have seen the haters--the usual gaggle of lefty scumbags, weak seeds, and assorted anti-American kooks and freaks--already sneering at her in comments in the Daily Pilot and elsewhere.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a genuine and honest real woman on the  City Council for a change?  One who is happy in her skin and who has the kind of values that many of us remember from when we were kids?

Aren't we fed up with the creeps who make fun of those values and who sneer that they are corny?

We were struck by the photo in the Daily Pilot of the candidates at last Thursday's Mesa Verde Candidates' Forum.

 There were all the men lined up in their grey suits and in the middle of them was slick Katrina Foley wearing her mansytled grey suit looking as though she would arm wrestle you for a penny that fell on the floor.  Down at the end, looking small and womanlike was Mrs. Simpson wearing a dress and looking as unpretentious and honest as most of us remember our own mothers and grandmothers.  What a contrast!

Wouldn't it be nice to have a real woman on the City Council?  One who is not pretentious and  self-absorbed and full of left wing political ambitions, schemes and ideology?  Wouldn't it be nice to have a woman who has good values and who lives up to them and who won't sacrifice those values for political ambition?  Wouldn't it be nice to have a kindly and decent woman on the Council who will do the right thing, just because it is the right thing and who won't be making political calculations for her own advancement in making decisions?

HERE'S another article in the Daily Pilot with a close up photo of Mrs. Simpson.  Look at that photo and tell me you don't think she's someone you can like and who looks as honest as the day is long.

But, there's another reason we're linking to this article.  Be sure to read the sneering comments from the usual haters that follow the article.  What a bunch of scumbags!  Folks, it is these haters who hate everything that is good and decent who what to elect dinosaurs Foley and Humphrey to the Council.  These two retreads will be as horrible for Costa Mesa as they were the last time they were on the Council.

Ask one of the squishes like Wendy Leece what time it is and you may get something like this: "Well, thank you for asking me for the time.  I really appreciate that and I like it when voters ask me questions, I think it is a miraculous thing, because it gives me a great and wonderful chance to stay in touch, and that's what I'm here for, just to listen.  And, since you asked for the time, I wonder if  there is any problem you have that you may need to cry on my shoulder about.  You see, I'm a great listener.  You can tell as you look at my face how I mirror your emotions. And, remember, we're Costa Mesans, so we have the bestest time in the whole wide world.  Now, what was your question?"

Yes, dear friends, real men usually get right to the point and real men don't consider this to be arrogance.  It is the men with too little testosterone and too much estrogen who might think this. Shake hands with one of these wimps who whine all the time and you'll feel like you're holding a piece of greasy boneless blubber--one of the natural results of too little testosterone.

So, are these two for a toll lane or are they against it?  Well, you see, they're both for it and against it, apparently. They're apparently hung up, not on the substance of the issue, but on personal animosity, so they'll cut off our noses to spite our faces.  That's adult, isn't it?

Folks, the toll lane(s) are not good for Costa Mesa.  Period. That's all you have to know.

Oh, by the way, please note that Leece (who claims to be a conservative Republican) has endorsed Dinosaur Katrina Foley (a liberal Democrat) for City Council.  How screwy can you get?

Leece is Ms. Sour Grapes after she didn't get to play mayor during her eight useless years on the council and seemingly wants to do as much damage as possible to the improvements we see happening in Costa Mesa on her way out the door. You read that right.  It's not so much a matter of floor plans or number of bathrooms or the kitchen layout that is the major selling point of homes in Irvine, but the QUALITY OF THE LOCAL SCHOOLS.

Parents who want the best for their children are buying homes in those Irvine neighborhoods that feed the schools with the best demographics.

Which brings me to Costa Mesa's Westside...ah, forget it.

Say, did I say: Genes are us?  They are. Know it. Live it. Be happy. Be prosperous. Be safe.  Deny it and your life won't be as nice.

RACE BASED HATE CRIMES SPIKE IN D.C.--WHITES THE MOST COMMON VICTIMS

Blacks most often are the attackers of Whites.

Underreporting of hate crimes seems likely. Why?  Because when Blacks attack Whites they don't always say anything and there is often an additional crime of robbery involved.   And, the cops try to downplay hate crimes against Whites So if the White victim reports the Black attacker didn't use any anti-White racial hate terms and if the Black attacker also got a cell phone or money or something else during the attack, the cop won't list it as a hate crime.  Remember, though, there can be more than one motive and one crime involved in any such attacks, and this is why all cross racial crimes should be listed as hate crimes unless there are articulable reasons why they are not.

And, even if there is no robbery involved and just a physical attack, if the White reports that the Black didn't use any anti-White racial hate terms, the cop won't list it as a hate crime, but will write it up as motive unknown.

Now, folks, there's something about human genetics and human psychology involved here that is not reported.  The fact is that Whites are genetically programmed to engage more in ritual combat than actual combat.  And, this usually means that a White will call someone names--and use racial epithets in calling those names if they seem to be the harshest terms that the White can think of at the moment.  By calling names, the White is often able to release his or her anger without engaging in a physical confrontation.

However, it is the name calling that causes such incidents to be reported as hate crimes.

Blacks, on the other hand, are genetically programmed to engage more in physical combat, rather than simply to call names and let it go at that.  Thus, if a Black attacks a White because the White is a White, but if the Black doesn't use any anti-White racial hate terms, no hate crime is reported.

People aren't all the same.  Genes are us.  Know it, and you'll be safer.

Expect to see some variation of the following as the PR types are working behind the scenes to shape perceptions.

We should start seeing more national civil rights leaders call for peace.  We might see Holder or even Obama show up in Ferguson.  Then, we'll see the street where Michael Brown was killed renamed Michael Brown Avenue and there will be a memorial built to him. Perhaps a school or park will be named after him. There may be a scholarship set up in his name.

A few lefty Whites will be trotted out in front of the press to say it's not a White and Black thing and how they just love the diversity and multi-culturalism of Ferguson.

Most of the remaining Whites in Ferguson will move.  Most businesses will not be rebuilt unless they get federal money to do so.  Ferguson will become a no-go Black slum like Detroit.

The long term solution

All of the turmoil and problems we see in diverse America could be solved simply by understanding human natures (plural intended) and by freeing Blacks from White rule and by allowing Blacks to have their own communities with their own governments, their own police and their own people in all positions of authority.

The false and harmful ideas of lefties that force very different peoples to live together doesn't work. There will always be some group that believes that they're getting  the short end of the stick.

The answer is separation and racial nationalism. To each his own.

Let me give you the translation in plain  English:  Whites moved out of Ferguson when Blacks moved in. You can't force Whites to live where they don't want to live around people they don't want to live around.

As the Black population grew and the White population shrank, Ferguson became a typical Black community with crime and social dysfunction and everyone complaining about slavery and how Whitey is keeping them down and how they're being discriminated against and how no one is "giving" them any jobs and how businesses aren't opening there.  And, of course, Whites who are half-bright saw the writing on the wall and even more of them moved away.

But, what's the bigger issue for all nations?  Integration, diversity, multi-culturalism don't work.  People like to be around other people who look like them, who think like them, who act like them, who have the same values, who are born to be them. Mixed societies are not happy societies.  Whole groups become victims of other groups based on in-group and out-group status.

'FACTS' COLORED BY PARTISANSHIP

Quick read column in the OC REGISTER.

A couple of points for us here in Costa Mesa.  The CM4RG group likes to crow that it is non-partisan.  In doing so it is using the limited definition of partisanship to mean "political party."  Thus, they claim that they have Democrats and Republicans and everything else within their group.

The reality is that the broader definition of partisanship means one holds to certain positions or views no matter what political party you belong to.   And, in the case of CM4RG, most of those in that group are anti-Improvement and anti-Conservative and are very liberal and left leaning.  Many in that group have the whole laundry list of lefty crap in their minds. They are pro-abortion; anti-gun; pro-gay marriage; anti-White. Pick a lefty hot-button and some of these folks are for it.

CM4RG is the very definition of partisan, and don't let them fool you into thinking they are not.

It was clear to the CM PRESS at the CM4RG meeting on Thursday, that we reported on, that many in the crowd had no idea of the true facts of what is going on with Improvement in Costa Mesa.

Some in the bovine herd made the predictable and usual negative ooohs and ahhhs whenever the speakers prodded them with gee golly facts about the supposed evils of Improvement with slanted and narrowly tailored examples about housing density and more street traffic.

Perhaps, those of us on the other side--we who have been pushing for solid Improvement and who want to see Improvement continue in Costa Mesa need to do a better job of putting out the true facts of where the city was just a few years ago (which the CM4RG folks seem to paint as a Golden Age of farms and tiny homes) and how things are now much better with Improvement.

 Folks, the farms were gone many, many years ago.  Improvement isn't and can't do anything about that. Costa Mesa is in a desirable geographic location. People are drawn to our general area because of this, and this means things change. What Improvement is doing is removing slum conditions and putting in homes that will attract upwardly mobile people and the retailers they patronize.

If you want a bucolic community you need to move to an area that is out of the path of progress. There are plenty of small towns with farms all around the country that almost never change.  That's because there are few jobs there, few businesses, not much to draw people who like to be near the hubs of activity.

What Improvement can do for Costa Mesa is manage our growth so that we become more desirable for upwardly mobile people.  This means, in the real world of development, that we have to offer small developers some incentives to risk their money in putting in expensive homes in slum areas of our city.

One of those incentives is to let them put more than a small family farm on a site that is now a slum or is used for its lowest and worst use.

THESE TWO DINOSAURS WANT TO TURN BACK THE CLOCK IN COSTA MESA TO THE DAYS WHEN MURDERS AND ATTACKS WERE COMMON AND THE WESTSIDE WAS RAPIDLY TURNING INTO A NO-GO ETHNIC GHETTO

Remember back in the late 1990's and early 2000's when illegal alien advocates (many of the same people who now support Foley and Humphrey) were predicting riots in Costa Mesa if citizens closed the stupid job center and started improving the Westside?

That's right folks, the illegal alien advocates--lefty scum--wanted illegal aliens to decide what we citizens should do in our city, in our state, in our nation, and if we citizens didn't let illegal aliens dictate to us, then we were threatened with riots.

Remember, how they wanted illegal aliens to decide on how the Westside should be improved?

Guess what?  Many of us joined together as the Improvers and we didn't put up with the veiled threats and we stood our ground.  We were called names but we laughed them off.  We then wrote the Westside Plans that are now transforming Costa Mesa into the great city it should be.

Large parts of Costa Mesa are now as nice as Newport Beach and these parts are attracting upwardly mobile people back to our city.

Our schools are a lagging indicator, but in time, as the demographics improve, our schools will also improve.

Costa Mesa is becoming a place to be and not a place to flee.

Don't let Foley and Humphrey bring back the crime and the slums and all the things that can drive our city down.

What did Foley do about a slum in her very neighborhood--Mesa del Mar--where a young college student was murdered in an apartment in a still unsolved case?  Why, Foley did a meaningless  PR stunt and went out with some lefties on a weekend and planted flowers in front of the slums.  That's her idea of improving a slum area.  When a man was shot to death in a gang slum in Mesa North?  Foley baked some Lasagna for his family.  That was her idea of how to stop gang crime in our city.  You see, with Foley it's all about stunts to get your name in the paper as a kind and compassionate person. It's never about results.

And, Humphrey is no better.

The CM PRESS has a better idea for the slums.  We call it a bulldozer. Bulldoze the damn slums and put in single family homes.

Costa Mesa isn't out of the woods, yet, folks. There are still some bad areas, but they're shrinking.  If Foley and Humphrey get on the council, expect the improvement to stop.  Expect the gang crime  from the seven Latino gangs in Costa Mesa to spread again.

This election isn't a joke, folks.  If you've lived here long enough, put on your thinking caps and remember back to how bad things were just a few years ago.

Don't let the Foleysaurus and the Humphreysaurus take us back to those dark days.

LAKEWOOD SHERIFF'S DEPUTY IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER BEATING BY MAN AT LAKEWOOD MALL

Race of deputy not given:  Presume White.

Race of attacker not given:  Presume non-White and more than likely Black but with a slightly lesser probability of being Latino.

The essence of the story is that the deputy was responding to a domestic dispute at the mall, and as he turned his back on the male suspect, he was struck in the back of the head with an unknown object by the male.  Then, when the deputy fell to the floor, the male suspect stomped on his head.

The lionfish continue to successfully expand their DNA code [nature demands that all living organisms try to expand their particular DNA codes to fill all possible niches where they can find energy for the life processes].  The lionfish have some adaptations which include a high birthrate, not being too picky in what they eat, and a so-called "terminator" behavior that keeps them hunting their prey to extinction.

I left after Copeland spoke about the Westside, so I missed hearing Terry Welsh about Banning Ranch and Anna Vrska , the Questions and Answers and the Closing Statement and Input from Attendees.

The major concern of the attendees seemed to be density and lack of parking in new developments.

At one point, when Copeleand was speaking about the Westside, Eric Bever stood up from the audience to try to correct her on some point, but they wouldn't let him speak.  Let's just say that Copeland's understanding of the Westside's history and the Westside Plans did not appear to be very deep and she seemed to not understand how the puzzle pieces are being put in place for a great Westside. I believe she said that she moved to Costa Mesa sometime in the '90's so that may be the reason she didn't have a deeper understanding.

FERGUSON, MISSOURI--THE REALITY OF DEMOGRAPHICS IN DYSTOPIAN POST-AMERICAN AMERICA

Ferguson, Missouri was once much Whiter than it is today.  As a result, it was a peaceful and relatively crime free community--as most White communities are.

Then, the demographics started shifting.

According to the Washington Post [HERE], as late as 2000, Blacks made up just over half of the population of the 21,000 +- residents of Ferguson and Whites made up 44 percent.

Then, Whites who saw the writing on the wall started fleeing Ferguson.

Now, it's 2014 and  Blacks are more than  64.9 percent of the population and Whites are only 30.6. percent. [HERE]  And, the White population continues to drop. [UPDATE: Many news stories now report that Ferguson is actually now 67.8 to 70 percent Black. One report we saw said that Ferguson was only 25 percent Black in 1990 and then it quickly started going Black as Whites fled for Whiter communities.]

And, as the Washington Post points out, as Ferguson got Blacker, the police department stayed mostly White with only 3 Black cops among  the department's 53 cops today.[HERE]

Because of the riots, the White police chief is doing the usual sniveling and mewling about wanting more diversity in his force and more racial sensitivity training of officers. [HERE]

Are those real answers to what is happening in Ferguson--and other cities with similar demographics--more diversity on the police force and racial sensitivity training of White cops?  Of course not.

The real answer is that Whites and Blacks are different genetically and this isn't just skin color, but also their natural "ways."  Forcing them to live together is not the answer. No one is really very happy with such arrangements. Blacks feel discriminated against when Whites simply act White, and Whites become the naive victims of Black violent crime and social dysfunction and must become less than they are in order to fit in with Black ways.

The solution

Blacks should be allowed to live in all Black communities--and eventually all Black states--and have all Black police forces and Whites should be allowed to live in all White communities and have all White police forces.

And, the same goes for the schools in these communities.  You have probably seen the constant glut of stories in the MSM about Blacks not wanting White teachers for Black kids [HERE], and wanting more Blacks in various levels of government, colleges, and everything else and how tests and standards have to be changed to give Blacks a leg up instead of using color blind tests and standards based on merit and ability.  This harms Whites, who have long believed in merit.  And, it also perplexes some Whites who have internalized false mind sets about humans being all the same.  Such Whites have cognitive dissonance when they try to face the reality that Blacks and Whites are not the same and they twist themselves into pretzels trying to explain why most pro football teams, basketball teams and fast runners are Black and not White.  If Blacks and Whites were the same, you wouldn't see such disparities in sports.  The same principles apply to non-sports activities: different races have different abilities and liabilities and these are genetically determined.

There is a simple solution to all of this. Racial Nationalism.  Let Blacks have their own communities and let Whites have their own communities.  Now, it is mostly lefty Whites who would oppose this, because they are still caught up in false ideas that integration, diversity and multi-culturalism are wonderful, even when it is pointed out that these don't work and that they harm actual living people.

And, Whites who flee Blacks moving into formerly White communities usually say things such as "We just need a bigger (or smaller) house," or "We want better schools," or they'll use some other PC excuses.  But, what they're really doing is fleeing Black crime and Black social dysfunction.  They don't want to live in communities where there is always tension.  They just want to live happy and safe lives among people who look like them, who think like them, and who act like them.

Back to Ferguson

You probably won't read about this as the MSM will cover it up, but the White exodus out of Ferguson will now increase at jet-like speed.  Whites will begin selling their homes on the cheap just to get out of there before Ferguson becomes a total no-go ghetto.

White Ferguson cops will also be applying to other forces.  The White politicians will start being defeated based on race.  Ferguson is going Black.  It will be a mini-Detroit and the violent crime rate and social dysfunction will continue to increase as it does in all such communities with similar demographics. Once all the Whites who can get out of Ferguson have fled,  Blacks will then find some way to blame Whites at the state or national level for their problems.

You can pretend reality doesn't exist, folks, but that doesn't change it. Reality is reality and genes are us.
