In Costa Mesa, we have confidential inside CMPD info being posted in anti-good Councilmember comments in the Daily Pilot, yet we aren't aware of any investigations to get rid of the people doing and allowing this.

One or two bad cops can ruin the reputation of a whole department full of good cops.
