Actually, he's one of the victims. But, if you watch the whole video (it's short) you'll see a quick shot of the real carjacker who is Black.

Look, folks, the old rules that you may have learned when you were growing up, no longer apply in "diverse" America. Don't be a victim. Be aware of race/ethnicity and don't deny what your eyes and your gut tells you. It is your responsibility to keep yourself safe.
In the above case, this young girl should have been told by her parents that she should not stop after a fender bender like this if the person in the other car is not White. Just drive to a well lit location with plenty of people around and then exchange license and insurance information.
Remember: It is YOUR responsibility to keep yourself and your family members safe.
You can always delegate your authority, such as when we let police officers try to protect us, but you can never delegate your responsibility to protect yourself and yours. The responsibility for yourself is always in your own hands.
